Spouses and partners are welcome to join the yoga sessions, tailored specifically for prenatal care, to help alleviate stress and prepare both the mother’s and partner’s bodies for childbirth. The doula education offers invaluable insights into the birthing process, pain management techniques, and postpartum care for both expecting parents. These gatherings often feature guest speakers, including experienced doulas, midwives, and healthcare professionals, who provide guidance and answer questions in a supportive and non-judgmental setting.
